Long story short, I lost 4 pairs of trunks in my orders transit and Concept Global’s customer support was very respectful and understanding. They willingly offered to replace my missing pairs at no cost after contacting and notifying their customer support team about my order.
Although I only have one pair, I can definitely say they’re nice and snug. They feel comfy and breathable compared to other pairs of underwear I have. And now it’s just the waiting game for the other 4 replacement pairs of trunks to arrive.
